– If the product is damaged or used, we may not accept refunding based on the diminished value of the product.
– Consumable items cannot be returned or refunded.
– For hygienic reasons, certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, and intimate apparel are non-returnable.
– For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
– For returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect items, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it:
– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
– You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment method’s policies.

– Pack the item securely in its original package.
– Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
